Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Our preferred shipping method for Domestic orders is UPS (United Parcel Service). All orders will be shipped via Ground. Expedited delivery is available, please email us.


Please ensure proper address with your order as you are responsible for correct information. Products returned due to incorrect mailing addresses will be charged to the purchaser. Freight carriers may charge additional fees for delivery to rural areas of which those charges may be added to your bill.

All products are shipped F.O.B. Detroit. It is your responsibility to inspect the product when it is delivered and to file a damage or loss claim with the freight carrier in the event of receipt of damaged goods. If you would like assistance in filing a damage claim, please contact us we will be happy to assist you.


We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for International Shipments.

RETURNS

Mite Zapper, LLC offers a 90 (ninety) day Warranty. Please click on the Warranty link for details.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Due to the high cost of freight to countries outside of the USA, in the unlikely event of a return, the Purchaser is required to pay the freight. 

We expect this policy to change in the near future as we add international distributors.
